Partner Laughter Yoga

Laughter really is the best medicine!  Research is showing the many benefits of social connection and laughing to include boosting immune function, lowering blood pressure and stress hormones, and balancing the nervous system. Come beat the winter blues with partner poses and laughter!  Bring a partner or come solo and plan on lots of laughs!
