PIYO is back! 🔥 Join us for a great workout in this special pop up class — PIYO is a mix of pilates, cardio and yoga, set to an upbeat tempo! This very active blend of cardio and pilates will strengthen and tone you, while the yoga flow provides graceful and flowing elements to elongate and cool down.
