Spring Reset: Yoga & Breath for Body & Mind

Please join us for a special 90 minute workshop in which you will experience a nourishing combination of Hatha yoga and BodyBreathMind practices. The workshop will flow from familiar yoga postures into BodyBreathMind sequences of simple movements and breathing techniques, culminating in restful stillness. BodyBreathMind is designed to counteract the effects of chronic stress to restore our physical and emotional balance. Benefits can include decreased anxiety and improved mood, concentration and overall health, as well as a deeper awareness of our mind-body connection. This practice is gentle and accessible to all, no prior experience necessary.
