Join Yoga 170’s Rachael French for a 4-week “Yoga for the Core” series! Each week, classes will be designed to bring awareness and build strength through the core. You will have the opportunity to progress week to week and notice how you engage and move from your mid-section in your yoga practice. Come to all 4 classes or the dates that work for you!

 

 

Join Yoga 170’s Julie Willmes for a guided Autumn Yoga Walk through Fairport Village! Cultivate awareness of our beautiful village as we enjoy a calming walk blended with yoga, meditation, and appreciation of autumn in Fairport!

 

Join us for a Refreshing yoga class with Yoga 170, along with an interactive workshop led by Certified Health Coach, Erica Reisinger of Revive Your Tribe. During “Energizing Foods + Refreshing Yoga”, we’ll chat about how small shifts in what we eat can change how we feel; allowing us to move through our lives feeling vibrant, confident and energized.
